In the Autumn of 2010 we began our Word Alive Bible Study course to encourage believers to seek to mature in the faith, and to do it in a relaxed family atmosphere. Our strong conviction is that the Bible is the Word of God, and as the Holy Spirit reveals its meaning to the reader so we are taught to grow as disciples, and with the Spirit‘s enabling live in glorious obedience to its teaching.

All across the nations, people are awakening, to Biblical Christianity. Third world Churches are burgeoning… and some European Christians are seeing renewal and a new zeal for sharing the Gospel. Yet the personal and social transformations that should accompany such revival are often sadly lacking. Why is this?

Do The Word!
Surely we will agree with Douglas Moo, teacher at a Theological Divinity School, when he writes, "One main reason is that the simple plea of James, 'Do the Word’ is not being heeded. The Bible is being translated, commented on, read, studied, preached and analysed as never before, but it is questionable whether it is being obeyed to a comparable degree.”

We agree! We need to study God‘s Word and then put it into practice. We need to, "Do the Word!".
Please plan to be with us, and make it a priority. Bring your Bible as we explore the Bible together. Lives can be transformed, and our Church revived, as we grow in obedience to our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
